Seller & buyer terms

Last updated 9/14/2026. This is a plain-language starting point; have a lawyer review it before launch.

1. The service

MyLessonKit is a marketplace where creators design printable resources and sell them to buyers. We provide the design studio, storefronts, checkout and delivery. Creators are the sellers of record for their products.

2. Accounts

You need an account to sell or buy. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to sell.

3. Selling

You may only list content you created or hold rights to. You set your prices. Selling requires an active seller plan (Starter $29/month or Pro $69/month). On each sale, MyLessonKit credits your plan's share to your balance (50% on Starter, 80% on Pro) and keeps the rest. There are no store or listing fees beyond the plan. If your plan lapses, your store is paused: products stay saved but cannot be bought until you subscribe again. Products that infringe rights, contain harmful content, or mislead buyers may be unpublished or removed.

4. Buying

Purchases are digital and delivered instantly. Because files cannot be returned, refunds are handled case by case: request one from your purchases page within 14 days and we will review it with the creator.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partner (Whop). By paying you also agree to their terms. Creator payouts follow the payout policy.

6. Reviews and conduct

Reviews must be honest and about the product. We may remove reviews or accounts that abuse other users, spam, or break these terms.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will show the new date at the top and, for material changes, tell you by email.
